Before starting Arka, our founder ran several successful businesses and learned early on that how you treat people matters just as much as the work you deliver. What got us into construction was personal. Our founder built his own house from the ground up and found real purpose in the process. Seeing a home take shape from a blank lot to a finished structure made one thing clear: this is work worth doing, and doing right. That firsthand experience is the foundation Arka stands on.
